Helen has been interested in healing and the mind-body connection since childhood. She has trained in an array of healing modalities. A Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner since 2005, Helen has used the Bach Flowers extensively with herself, her family, and with clients. An experienced teacher, presenter, and retreat leader, her classes are fun, lively and interactive.
